GoToAssist Corporate Mobile App now supports Android OS 12 & 13!

Before February 19, 2023, please be sure to make the following changes to your allowlisting to prevent disruption in service.

Beginning  October 12, 2022 - successful GoToAssist Corporate connectivity will require the following allowlisting, in Domain and/or IP-range controlled networks

What is happening? 

• Support for secure protocol TLS 1.0/1.1is ending Q1 of 2020  
• In order to maintain the highest level of security within our services, LogMeIn will be disabling support for TLS 1.0/1.1 in our infrastructure in the coming weeks and only supporting browsers running more secure TLS versions.
