Live Chat to Website
Hello,
I can never seem to get the live chat code to work on our website. Can you give some guidance on it?
How much customization can you do on it? Any flows, or AI?

I think I got it working. Now, my next issue is I have the chat assistance thing working great, but its not showing this "Please wait a moment while we transfer you to a live agent. Thank you."

It should go to the chat queue you set up for it, and then if you're assigned to that queue the message would should be available.

So, looks like that is working however, when I send it, it sends, however, where do I see it on the back end? (the app side)

WFI I see the Webchat icon on your Contact Us page and the Submit button looks live, were you able to resolve the issue?

Thank you, we are taking a look from our side. There is a Chat Queue set up for it already, correct?
- WFI2 years agoActive ContributorNo, it says enter your message, and I write a message but the send icon is grayed out, won't even send. I'm sure I did everything right but maybe there is something in settingsim missing? i followed one of the goto videos.

So you are able to receive chat messages from someone on your website, but you cannot reply?

I've done everything. We have the chat on our website now , but it's not allowing me to 'send' anything...

I take it you are following the steps in this Webchat article, can you provide some more details about what is happening? Which code option are you using and is there any error message?
