Payment Declined for OpenVoice

I received an email notification the Payment Declined for OpenVoice. 

I have updated my credit card information I am not sure if the amount is charged to my another credit card. 

this happened 6 months back so I am unable to check my credit card statement. 

There is no way i can send an email to GTM to ask clarification. 

Unable to get a ticket to call the customer serivice.

I think we can state that if you are still using OpenVoice integrated with GoToMeeting now, that your plan is fully paid for and up to date (excluding any current charges from this period). 


** In some cases where a charge attempt for Toll-Free Conferencing fails, and the service is no longer needed, we may not attempt another charge to avoid any fraudulent markers with the old billing information.
