Thanks for taking care.

But so far it seems to be stable.
And I do not have any case/ticket number from my call to LogMeIn support. I was promised by some (unfortunately I did not noted down his name) L1 engineer that he will escalate and someone from US L2 will contact me back. Which did not happened, maybe he mispelled my email, regardless we confirmed it twice. Whatever, maybe there is no second level at all.
