I'm creating a new event in GoToWebinar choosing the Occurs On Demand option. There is an option to have the webinar available until a fixed calendar date but I would instead prefer to have the webinar available for example 7 days from the start date and then expire. Is it possible to have an ongoing recorded event that customers can purchase but the link expires a set date from purchase instead of on a fixed date?   ... View more

Hi, I was wondering if there is a way to manually authorize the access to the webinar recording once the live webinar is completed. We do not want the recordings to be accessible to anyone who registers through the online form.  Is there a similiar manual approval process than for the registration? We just had an issue where the organizer's connection dropped for a second in GoToWebinar (we didn't even notice live) but this corrupted the recording and did not record after this point. I'm told by GTW support that even having a second person designated "organizer" would not help, since the system knows the original organizer. Please change this! Is there currently a way, or is there a plan to allow for hosting the same video recording from GoToWebinar across multiple channels and/or within multiple groups on the same channel? My company hosts regular monthly webinars on various industry topics, but customers always need to review a group of half a dozen regularly re-presented topics for new employees. It would be great if we could have a channel that hosts our past 2 years of webinars for agents to view at their leisure, but also highlights these Basics videos that are always needed. Hello! I'm a big fan of GoToWebinar vs other similar products I've used in the past, from the point of view of the audience. However, after the majority of the office based businesses adapted to working from home in 2020 I feel the features of it's companion product, GoToStage, has some catching up to do with the likes of MS Streams/Vimeo/YouTube etc. Three things which would be immediately enhance the offering are: -being able to customize and/or restrict who views the recordings - requested many times on this ideas forum -reporting on multiple recording viewings easily, without having to run multiple reports - also requested more than once on this forum -being able to offer viewers the ability to watch the recording at 1.5/20 normal speed.  This is a common feature provided on all three platforms mentioned earlier in this post and as far as I can see, not previously suggested in this community.   What are the chances GoToStage developers?  Yes or no?  Soon... ? When you complete a webinar and you DON'T want the registration link to take you to the cloud recording, you have to go in after the webinar is complete and "unlink" the recording. Very manual process. During the webinar setup, I want the option to record in the cloud or locally and decide if the registration link will take people to the recording if it is in the cloud. I have a recurring weibnar that is called Free Webinar Wednesdays. I keep the name the same and it is scheduled to go every Wednesday at 1 pm Eastern time. However, each webinar has a different topic of conversation.    So, what I'd like to do is to use the Library feature, change the name of the video from "Free Webinar Wednesdays" to the actual name of the show and what I talked about that day. However, the name of the webinar is not able to be altered at this time.    https://www.gotostage.com/channel/26e6b8848c534988a691cd8365607687   I think it would be nice if we had the option to either leave it as the name of the webinar by defatult, but in the editor mode give us the ability to edit the title/name so that it can better reflect what the webinar was about - especially if it's a recurring webinar that's called the same thing each time.
