Missed Sessions Report Fields

As part of our custom fields, we request details that help us identify who the customer is such as their office phone number and their account number.  If the custom fields where available on the Missed Sessions Report it would allow my team the ability to follow up with customers that exit the incoming chat queue if we're not able to get to them first for some reason.
