Is there a limit to the amount of remote computers that a technician can set up to have remote unattended access?
I get to 12 and although i can setup another computer, it doesnt appear in the list of available connections.
Is this the limit?
if so, is there any way around it?
I eventually got an answer to this but not on here, or by email or by opening a supprt ticket.
I had to harrass them via twitter and then they responded.
Aparently, there is no limit.
I did discover what the problem was.....
even though i had removed the laptop from the list of pcs that could be reached via unattended access, the access has to be revoked on the client machine as well.
It turns out that the ones i was having trouble adding were ones that had previoulsy been on another technicians list.
Rubbish really, but i hope this helps.
