It'll just be silent and then eventually someone may answer or it'll go to voicemail. This is not true for all calls, but maybe 80% of them. Anyone else experiencing this or have any solutions? This is happening to numerous desk phones and we've tried restarting them as well, no luck. Search feature for text and chat messages Many other apps with text/chat features allow you to search in old messages for keywords but there is no search feature on GoTo. It makes it really hard for us to find old messages from current clients. "Which client said they needed X? When is client Y coming in? When did client Z last reach out?" We were able to do searches when we used Google Voice. Please enable this feature asap!!! Re: Identify which number I'm texting from Thanks Glenn! I am familiar with how to choose which number I send from in an existing conversation. But when I start a new convo with a client, it defaults to one of our numbers instead of letting me choose which number to send from. I'd even be happy with just being able to select which number is my default that I send from but haven't found a way to do that either. Identify which number I'm texting from We have a handful of phone numbers that we utilize in our office that clients call/text in to. From the desktop, it's impossible to see which number I'm starting a new conversation from. It's only once the convo is started, I can choose which number to message from. And I cannot see which number clients are texting into. What if I respond from the wrong number?
