Ticket Filtering Bug I'm unsure if there is a specific place to be reporting bugs other than in Community Discussions, if so please point me there. I ran into this bug today, when switching between filters you have to clear your current filter before applying another one or they will not switch to your new filter choice correctly. For example; This is a filter I made to see any unassigned tickets, "Unassigned" Assignment status: assignmentStatus.unAssigned This is a filter I made to see tickets assigned only to me, with any status not considered closed, "My Tickets" Status: Open, In Progress, On Hold, Blocked, Backlog, waitingOnCustomer, waitingOnPurchase, waitingOnVendor Assigned to: Trevor If I have the Unassigned filter active and choose Filters Icon > Favorite Filters > "My Tickets" the following filter is then activated, leaving out the Assigned to: Trevor portion. Status: Open, In Progress, On Hold, Blocked, Backlog, waitingOnCustomer, waitingOnPurchase, waitingOnVendor Re: Mine and unassigned filter I don't think this is addressing the original suggestion. I believe VitorCosta is requesting a way to filter tickets so as to see their own assigned tickets AND any unassigned tickets with the same filter. Having to switch between filters to do this just seems a time waste to me. I'm currently unable to do this with the implemented filtering. Paste as Keystrokes It would be incredibly helpful to be able to copy/paste complex passwords at the user login screen(s). Currently we're unable to copy a password (from our password management program) and paste it into the password field because Window's doesn't allow that. In many remote support programs I've worked with, the option exists to paste your (host) clipboard to the remote (client) machine as keystrokes. Link Sound Clips to Holiday Schedules With this improvement many MSP's or multi-site admins would be able to set a holiday schedule once a year with specific voicemail messages linked to each holiday in their schedule. Currently we are having to set calendar reminders before every relevant holiday to remember to update the dial plan of each site (client in our case), in order to match the holiday voicemail message to the already scheduled upcoming holiday. This of course can be mitigated by using generic holiday messages, but not all clients are so flexible. Re: More Robust Schedules and Holiday scheduling My request is that sound clips link to holidays using the holiday schedule. This in turn would allow the dial plans to point to the holiday schedule itself, rather than a specific holiday message (covering a whole year of holidays as a result). The reason for this request, in our case, is that we have several clients who use holiday specific messages requiring we update each client's dial plan before every holiday. This may be two separate feature requests, I'm unsure.
