95% of our guests are from Canada or the US, but we do have a small part that come from all over the world, and we would like to be able to offer that 5% the same experience as the North Americans. As it is now, we do it manually using our personal WhatsApp and that is a pain. While using the Messaging functionality of the browser interface of app.goto.com a "contact card" pops up to the right of the message thread. When this occurs it greatly reduces the size of the message thread and text entry box impacting the workflow for users on systems with smaller screens. Each staff member has a physical desk phone and a GoTo Connect account so we can text clients from our laptops after answering a call. I never want my laptop to ring when a call comes in, but I would like to hear a ping when a text comes in. Can you please separate the audio controls for these two features? For our company's compliance department, we would need a weekly report AUTOMATICALLY sent to my business email. This report needs to be sent by GoTo with the SMS data to then be archived by Smarsh. I would like to use the SMS feature with GoTo but until I can have an automatic report sent to me weekly, our compliance department will not allow us to use it. Please consider automatic SMS reports! Is there any way to turn these on? Notifications are all good for direct messages, text messages, calls - but nothing pops up for activity in channels. This often results in me glancing at the tray icon and seeing a huge number, and having to catch up after the fact. We can't figure out where this setting is - can anyone help?
