Display Technician Name in Remote Session for Easy Identification and Contac
Please include the option for the name of the technician to appear when they are connected to a remote session. Currently, when we want to connect, we have to internally validate who the person is to approve access. They are used to having this when sending emails, but when we swapped to the helpdesk function it is not available. Hi When will UK date formatting be uniform within GoToResolve? When raising a ticket I see due date as dd/mm/yyyy (with no time) but when this call is displayed in the list of open calls is it displayed as mm/dd/yyyy hh:mm AM/PM I raised this as a fault but was told UK formats are not supported. Just migrated to Goto Resolve from N-Able and after the migration found that session recordings are turned on by default. Sometimes you have to wait for the user to connect to the launched session for a while, before they join or accept the invite. We are currently evaluating Goto Resolve and have many users who do not speak English or speak it very poorly. The emails our users receive for the tickets they have opened in the helpdesk are exclusively in English. I hope this is the right area for suggestions. I would like to be able to have the ability to set up automatic call recording on specific numbers or dial plans rather than having it be an all or nothing kind of thing. We have certain areas, i.e our water billing department, that could benefit from the recordings, but other staff might not have any need for recordings, and we might have some areas where we absolutely shouldn't be recording. I've noticed I don't get emails when a user replies to a comment on a ticket. It would be helpful to have some kind of notification (OS-level would be ideal,) to show that a user has replied to or submitted a new comment on the ticket. For example, when I switch users, I have to manually type it, which is very tedious, especially for long passwords. I have 4 new car dealerships. We have the same departments at each store so I label the computers similarly. With out knowing which group they are in I cannot do the updates. This would help me tremendously. By having the group name I would know the persons day off and could do the windows updates.
