Hi I cannot start remote session with GoTo Opener. I've gotan error after initialization: "The server delivered the unexpected content-type application/x-msdownload. Failed to download GoToAssist from our servers." I have already tried to run session withGoToAssist Attended App and it works with no issues. MacOS Mojave Privacy Setting Causes Chicken or Egg Dilemma
Recently installed the latest version of MacOS as of 20180924 (Mojave) on a test laptop. The first issue I have noticed is that when connecting to this client for the first time, it will not allow the "technician" to control the computer until a privacy setting has been modified. The main problem with this is, the privacy setting modification required admin rights... which only the technicians in my situation have! GoTo Opener Error "Timestamp signature or certificate could not be verified or is malformed"

GoToAssist Mac 10.15 Catalina support

Installing Unattended Access Remotely
I have a few computers that seem to lose their unattended access altogether. Then, of course, I have to set it back up again. Most of the time I have someone there to help. But this is intrusive and I'd like to be able to get it done on my own. These computers are on a network and I have a workstation on the network and can use Windows Remote Desktop or UltraVNC to connect to the target computers. Yet, GTA is my preferred tool and is more convenient. So, now and then I use Remote Desktop to start the Unattended Access install for GTA and sometimes it sorta works. But most of the time the "Set up Unattended Access" is grayed out at my GTA console and I can't get the whole job done. how can i export or print a list of all devices from goto assist, it used to be possible in the old version!

Built-in Elevated Permissions?
The users in our company do not have local admin rights. There is also no local admin account on the machines. If domain connected a support person can authenticate against AD and get admin permission via AD group. This is not always a good solution because 40% of our workers are remote (home, hotel, etc.) and I want to eliminate the VPN dependency for support with admin permissions. My question. If connecting to a Windows 7/10 machine, does GoToAssist automatically give you administrator/system access even if the user is not an admin and there is no local admin account on the machine?
