Soft Phone Full Screen popup

It fixed it.  I was looking to disable the soft phone and  I found it under the settings.

It appears there may be an issue here with the Icons in the title bar. It looks like if you are in dark mode they are almost invisible. These buttons allow you to a) reduce the size of the softphone b) dock the softphone into the main window

I do not have goto chrome extension, I have only windows app installed in my computer. 

How do I disabled the softphone from my GOto installed in my windows computer.

Taking a look at your screenshot we think it may have to do with the GoTo Chrome extension. Do you have that enabled, if so can you try and disable that and see if you get the same pop-up? 

You are not getting me, the problem is not the notification. Problem is big POP UP windows I am getting  every time the call comes in.

Do not disturb is not the solution here.  My another computer with GOto has not pop window comes in, just a little notification on top left corner. 

How do I disable the softphone ? 

See the screen shot of the Pop up screen, which is only happening if someone has softphone function enable.

If you don't want any notifications and have calls go straight to voicemail, you can set your GoTo settings to Do Not Disturb by clicking on your avatar on the top right of the GoTo app.

Pin window is already disabled. Below is the screenshot of the window which is popped up on top of everything when there is a incoming call.

Have you tried disabling "Pin Window" found in Settings. This should make it so that the window does not stick on top of other app windows. 

If this doesn't resolve the issue, you should be able to upload a screenshot of what you see, you usually need to post a few times before you are allowed to post a screenshot.

I have problem with my Goto program on windows PC. 

Whenever any incoming call comes, the new Goto window popped up on top of everything. 

I have screenshot of that window but can't find any option to attached it. 

Another user who has not unable to softphone has no issue of popup window.

This article explains how to use docked mode to place the softphone into the app instead of having the softphone in a separate window. Let me know if this helps, thanks!
