Ability to amend a registered attendees name - spelling error
We have an upcoming webinar, and an attendee has accidentally mispelled their name as part of their registration. Is there any way to rectify this prior to the webinar running and/or post webinar for the certificate?SolvedYolande_T14 days agoNew Contributor34Views0likes2CommentsAudio problem in video in presenters PowerPoint presentation
Hi! My presenter in my last webinar played a short video embedded in her PowerPoint presentation, but although the mp4 video itself was good quality, we couldn't hear the audio. It was muffled and inaudible in places. Unfortunately she added the video at the last minute, so I wasn't made aware during our Technical/practice run. The video plays perfectly in the stand alone PowerPoint, and I've also played the video separately in a test webinar and it is good. She says it works perfectly in Teams and Zoom. We are still using the Classic GTW. Have you any advice/suggestions? Thanks!SolvedLindaMDP2 months agoActive Contributor49Views0likes2CommentsWbinar by phone calls. No PRESENCE in the final report.
Hi all, I report the problem that at the end of the webinar session, the attendance report is generated. Anyone who uses the phone call instead of the web connection isn't put in the PARTICIPANTS LIST. Why this? It generates problems later in the face of providing a certificate. How can this bug be solved? The access code generated is associated with the registration name, therefore it should be unique for the user who participates. Thank you in advice for suggest. If need screens, wave also those.SolvedFabioV23 months agoNew Member29Views0likes1CommentWhat happened to Live Q&A during Webcast/Recorded events?
Earlier this year, around February, we were running some "simulated live" test events using pre-recorded videos using the Webcast/Virtual Events options. During the tests and organizer was needed and it allowed for live moderated Q&As. I don't see an option for live Q&A's anymore under "Recorded" or "Virtual Events" options. Tried reverting to classic GoToWebinar and still no options for live q&a's, it only has the option for questions to get emailed to you at the end of the webcast.SolvedHelderG3 months agoNew Member73Views1like3CommentsGoTo Webinar - how to hide all attendees?
I see there is an option to hide attendees in the GoTo Meetings, but I do not see that as an option in GoTo Webinar. Does anyone know if there is an option to hide all attendees at once in GoTo Webinars?Solvedsnimon093 months agoNew Member45Views0likes1CommentKeeping GoToWebinar's audio going after switching to a different app. on an Android phone

Hi - we have exceeded two years since we published a boat load of videos and now are unable to pull viewership reports for trainees. Is there any way to fix that, or do we have to republish videos in GoToStage every two years (or within two years)?SolvedVRLDO3 months agoContributor61Views0likes2CommentsCertificate of participation ?

We've recently switched over to Hubspot for all our registration forms and noticed an influx of responses from webinar registrants saying that they didn't receive their confirmation email. It looks like the integration is all connected properly in real-time and the users are shown as registered in GotoWebinar, so I can't see why the confirmation email isn't being triggered. Has anyone else experienced this problem or know of a workaround to ensure that their registrants receive a confirmation email?SolvedTeamQ4 months agoNew Contributor85Views0likes3CommentsMultiple sessions of a webinar, but only one ics to download
Hey, we usually schedule one registration page for one event. But now we have three sessions we want to promote under one registration page. Set-up is easy, but we only get one calendar link (ics) to download, only for the first session. Is there any solution out there how we can get the other two links over to the registred persons, too, so they can save it in their calendar?Solvedpetra4 months agoNew Member74Views0likes6Comments
