New Feature Bug?

The custom artwork and colors only work part time? Meaning when the calling card runs sometimes it displays the standard LogMeIn Rescue artwork and colors and other times it displays our custom artwork and colors? Anyone else having this issue?

I am having issues with the customization of the CallingCard(CC from now on), but not the ones you describe.
 
My problem is that I have created an XP Icon that displays correctly in my computer and if installed manually on other computers, but when I upload it at the setup page and install the CC, it doesn's display correctly.

I had trouble after i configured the Calling Card Applet with custom graphics then installed it and ran the application... The customizations were not there...
I the used the desktop icon and low and behold the changes were there!?!
 
The Start Menu shortcut was not working right. Here is the fix...

I now unerstand what you said before.

After remotely rebooting a clients PC the custom images and logo dissapear from the CC.

Correct, it still does that to me (as of today)... and when I first install the card (sometimes)...

Are you having the same problem that 'MRBOSTON' found the solution for ?  Look up a few messages in this thread (message 3 of this thread), and you might find the solution you are looking for. 
 
If you are having a different problem, then ignore this message.
