Problem with redirection and Quickbooks Support.

Two questions,


#1 when getting support through Quickbooks they use to get connected to our machine. When visiting and these do not redirect me to the page to put in my pin.


#2 when on Quickbooks and we are getting support they want us to hit f4 to automatically get connected to , Now when doing so we get "Navigation to the webpage has canceled" 


Im sure the issues are related somehow, im in IT for a company and this is for support of one of our end users.
