Rescue Documentation

Hi Everyone!

My name is Andy Harvey and I write the documentation for LogMeIn's products, including Rescue.

I strive to write documentation that is as clear and detailed as possible, but you might want things even clearer. If so, I'd like to know what you think of my work. If you think it's great, please tell me; if you think it's awful, tell me. If there are things that need further explanation, contact me via email or by posting on this forum and I'll do my best to make things clearer in the documentation.

My company's been with LogMeIn Rescue ever since the beta days.  I've always been very impressed with how complete and comprehensive the documentation has been.  Now, if I could only get my own team to be so thorough!
