Support-LogMeInRescue.exe usage

I'm using LMI Rescue to offer instant remote support (paid service) to anyone who wants.  Instead of dishing out 6-digit pins any time anyone wants to connect, I am offering them to download the Support-LogMeInRescue.exe file/applet.


Of course, they run this file and then the applet starts and connects to my LMI Resue console.  Is this EXE file generic to my account?  Meaning, I anyone can run this file and it'll connect to my console? Or is this file aut-generated on a connection by connection basis?


My goal here:  Client wants support.  They go through a shopping cart on my website, make a purchase for remote support.  My shopping cart system will allow for downloading of files AFTER their credit card is charged.  Their card is charged, they get emaied and see a link to download the Support-LogMeInRescue.exe file.  Run it - connect to me - I take over and dow the support.


I'm still testing all this, but I wanted to throw it out there to solicite ideas and such.

You will want to setup the Calling Card for this. This will generate an MSI file that links to a Channel within your account.  With this, you can even set the behavior for when you are not logged into the console to receive the session.
