A GoToTraining support request - please lower the music volume!

I've spent some time this week on the phone with GoToTraining support. When I get put on hold, the music is (a) aggressive jazz and (b) too loud! I am turning my volume down to one notch before it is mute, and it is still too loud. When we are on hold, we are likely still working. Having a loud jazz guitar solo is not wanted.
