Thanks for your reply. We played five videos (all uploaded to the GTW webinar in the Videos section) throughout the course of the webinar, all of which were 20 to 25 minutes in length. They were all saved locally on my desktop computer, and then uploaded directly to the Videos section of the GTW webinar.
The first video was probably playing for about three to four minutes when I left the webinar and then joined back in, at which time the video just started from the beginning. I then tried this again later on in the webinar while a different video was playing, and experienced the same issue. I do not remember exactly how far into the video this one was, but probably around halfway through (10 minutes in of a 20 minute video).
Please let me know if you need any other info. Thanks!
I wanted to see if there have been any updates on this issue. We have been using prerecorded webinars with a live Q&A afterwards, and have been running into the same issue - if someone joins the session late, the recording will start from the beginning, and then cut off when the video ends for everyone else. We've gotten comments from attendees using the Q&A and survey functions, and have also noticed this issue when viewing the webinar on a separate computer from the one running the session. Is there a way to have everyone view the video at the same point? It doesn't look good for us if someone joins the webinar 30 min late and it sounds like we're just starting the presentation (and then cut off halfway through).
@Chris251 I apologize for the behavior there, that is not what we expect the attendee experience to be like. Could you specify what webinar ID / Key was affected so we can investigate internally?

When I tried to send you a direct message, I got an error saying that I have reached my message limit. The most recent webinar ID where this occurred was 201-925-835. One of the attendees (email starts with cgar) joined about 30 min late, and since the recording started from the beginning it cut off halfway through when the session ended. Thanks for your help with this.
FYI - I was just testing video playback during a Webcast-type webinar, and still getting very large variations in playback delay (more than just seconds).

I'm pushing to have this reexamined by our engineers, and the extra detail really helps us in recreating the failures.
I have been testing running a live webinar, that plays a video. However, it seems that when the video plays at the beginning, if someone joins 5 minutes late the webinar starts back at the beginning, so they are not really live. They are actually 5 minutes behind. This is a problem because I want them live, plus at the end of the webinar they are still 5 minutes behind when it ends and then it just cuts off and they dont' see the rest of this. I have seen in other issues that this is a problem. I want to know if there is a fix for it yet.
