Good morning, I will try to explain my problem, for about 5/6 days, when I perform a remote control on a Terminal server, I can no longer connect to the administrator account, until a few days ago it made me log in automatically, while now it only offers me active sessions, with the consequence that it makes me log in to an account in use!, this thing did not happen before, I have already checked the windows part and everything seems ok, could it be a problem with the new agent in version 1.24.1.6020? As the title states i cannot seem to get Unattended access deployed via Intune to our MacOS machines. I followed the below Documentation and seems to error out each time in Intune stating "This file type is not supported" which Intune says it is which i am using the PKG file. If I add a user to a User Group who has access to a set of device groups, that user cannot see the devices in that group... not until I either remove the user group and readd it, or add the user directly instead. We have recently deployed the GoTo Resolve Unattended Access via our Intune Tenant. We have tested it out with other machines via Intune before mass deploying. All was working for test machines, remote connection, verifying devices in console etc. Since starting to deploy to all intune machines 700+ the first 100 were pushed into the devices tab in GoTo. The issue we faced is we are unable to verify any of the devices. Error we get is "Device Verification Failed" Has anyone else ran into this? We are licensed for 1200 Machines. We used the .MSI & Win32 Version 1.20.9.5687 working on uninstalling via Intune to see if reinstalling does anything.SolvedLoganY19 days agoActive Contributor67Views0likes3CommentsCustomize Helpdesk Portal Page
Hello everyone, First time Resolve user. I have used Jotform and GoGenuity for our Helpdesk ticketing system which allowed me to customize how the helpdesk portal looks for the end users. I could move fields up and down, group them into columns, and even create if/then show/hide fields if certain options were selected (like if device = phone, show fields related to phone). Moving to Resolve, other than creating custom fields, I do not see how I can arrange them on the Ticket Details page. All my fields are at the bottom in a row. Is there a way to start a remote execution job when the user first logs into the computer and when the agent reports "online"?
