When we start the webinar, the GTW intro is in a non-English language. We haven't done anything different with our webinars.
Yesterday, a few people (not all) got the Spanish voice. Today, about half got the German voice. Not sure why.
We've done hundreds of webinars and have run into this a few times in the past and am very fluent with the GTW features. Any idea why this happens? Is there anything we can do at our end?
It makes for a lousy user experience so it would be nice to figure this one out. Thx.
We do hundreds of webinars and they all have the same settings. In fact, just finished one and had no language issues and it was set exactly the same.
Hopefully there's a way to resolve this.
Last week, we had another session where most of the people heard the intro in Spanish, some in othe languages. Today, it was in German. We've done nothing different to our webinars and we do at least one/day.
What do we need to do to get this resolved? This is really ridiculous and unprofessional.
