I was told I can Whitelist IPs to turn off email verification in gotomeeting. I dont see this option in the admin panel or anywhere else. Can an admin contact me to make this happen. Thanks.
Sorry, was there some LMI documentation that you were referencing around our IPs being whitelisted for something other than a firewall?
Was this an email verification to setup a new GoTo account login? If so, is that email unavailable but active?
Gotomeeting requires email verification when signing in from different PCs. I found the below topic on the subject, see page 1 reply from Ash C. "you may contact Customer Support directly to have certain locations 'white-listed' in order to make allowances within the RBA system." I would email support directly but it appears no such option exists with gotomeeting pro. I have to use this forum.
Whitelists IPs is what i'm trying to accomplish. Thx
Thanks for explaining. In the case where a user cannot access their email address to confirm their identidy and device, Customer Care must be called via telephone. We do not currently have email or chat support in this regard.
At the bottom of every support article there is a contact option, where you must confirm that you're a real person before receiving local support phone numbers: https://support.logmeininc.com/gotomeeting/help/how-do-i-verify-my-login-g2m850064
