"Error! We’ve encountered a problem!" while accessing "Invoice History"

When trying to access "Invoice History", I see:

Please DO NOT tell me to call support -- I am outside of toll-free numbers, I need chat or e-mail.

@VVeider  I apologize for the difficulty.

 

There appears to have been a lapse in online services at some point early this morning:  http://status.gotomeeting.com/

 

If your issue persists, you may start the web-case-to-call process in order to get a case started, I can then escalate it for a 'cal back' in your time zone.  Click on my name to confirm your contact email, account email, phone, and time to reach you directly.

@VVeider  We have identified the problem on some GoTo accounts, and expect a full resolution by the end of next week.  Thank you for your patience.
