Cannot dial audio code from YeaLink T56A Teams Phone

Trying to connect to GTM meeting with Phone Audio. The user can connect to the dial-in number, but when prompted for the audio PIN, nothing happens. After a few attempts, the call is automatically ended. 

 

Is there a phone setting we're missing, or is this phone just incompatible with GoToMeeting? Dialing in works fine from our Avaya desk phones. I've reached out to YeaLink support as well, but figured it wouldn't hurt to ask here.

Hi Nathan,

If this is happening on every GoToMeeting ID / dial-in phone number, then it could be the tones your phone system is sending currently.  Althought I'm unfamiliar with your specific model, I suspect it's a type of VoIP office phone system which may be configurable...
