If you are on a Windows OS, can you try to locate the original recording file (pre-conversion), and change the extension from .g2m to .wmv, then attempt to play that back through Windows Media or VideoLan ?
This did not resolve my issue.
I reconverted the original file, which also has no audio.
Like Christina, I also confirmed "goto meeting preference ->recording settings, use gotometting intergrated audio" was checked.

Have you been able to test a new recording to ensure that the software is performing correctly?
Have you tried using Cloud Recording as opposed to saving on the desktop?
