Why do I get a "could not connect" error when I try to join a session?

Hello Team,

 

I have installed GoToMeeting Desktop application on My Windows 10 and Windows 7 laptop.

 

I allowed  GoToMeeting on Windows defender firewall.

 

Am not able to open GoToMeeting Application and join meetings.

 

Am using Windows Defender Security Center on my Windows 10 Machine2019-01-03_09h52_01.png

@agiline3  Is that your only firewall / security set up on your Windows PCs?

 

You could try downloading the GoToMeeting MSI manually, then running the install package as an administrator:  https://support.logmeininc.com/gotomeeting/help/install-via-msi-windows-g2m010013
