The latest version of GoToAssist Remote Support is v4.7 (build 1673).
I would recommend selecting Regular Updates unless you're interested in trying the newest release right away in which case you should select Regular & Beta Updates.
Infrequent Updates lets you lock a device group or your account down to a specific release. This can be useful if you have an older system that is unable to run a newer release or has a specific conflict.
